This growth reflects a broader cultural shift within the organisation, where wellbeing is increasingly prioritised as part of daily working life.

A key development was the establishment of a dedicated wellness space, designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing. This space has been thoughtfully set up to accommodate religious customs, providing a quiet and respectful environment for reflection, prayer, or rest.
